Choose by usable floor area. The 10ft gives about 16 m² for a studio or single suite, the 20ft about 34 m² for one or two bedrooms and is the best-seller, the 30ft about 53 m² for three bedrooms, and the 40ft about 70 m² for a family home or lodge suites. The 700-Type folds to just 700 mm wide for sites with very tight access.
They travel at standard container width. Folded widths are 700 mm for the 700-Type and 2200 mm for the 10ft to 40ft models, so units move by normal container or flatbed transport and are unfolded on site.
External walls are 65 mm EPS sandwich panels with 50 mm partitions. Floors are 18 mm cement fibre board over 18 mm bamboo plywood. Roofs are 50 mm EPS colour steel with foil tape, and the galvanised steel frame is finished with electrostatic spray.
Yes. Wiring, plumbing and insulation are installed at the factory. Layouts are drawn to your brief, from an open-plan studio through one or two-bedroom plans to a 40ft four-bedroom two-bathroom layout.
Yes. Exterior finishes include colour steel, wood-grain and dark facades, with seven villa colour schemes available. Double glazing, sliding doors, terraces, porches and awnings are orderable options, and OEM branding is available.
